Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were immaculate with a quirky decor, and the special touch of l'Occitane products and soft dressing gowns made it even more luxurious. We were pleasantly surprised to find a perfect coffee setup and a complimentary mini-bar in the room upon checkout, which made us feel truly lucky. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, adding to the overall excellent experience. The only downside was the dining experience, which was good but a bit disorganized and expensive, crossing the 19 Euros mark. Despite this, the hotel's location in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming restaurants, and the quiet, relaxed ambiance, made it a superb choice for our trip.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were not as inviting as I had hoped; the bathroom and toilet being on the second floor without a door was a bit odd, and there were some watermarks on the walls. However, the wired room service staff were very helpful and professional. The location was a highlight, with the hotel being near key attractions in Seville. While the hotel felt more like a Premier Inn than a luxurious high-end option, it offered a comfortable stay with a nice terrace on the second floor.
The hotel's rooms were a bit disappointing with watermarks on the walls and peeling painted walls, but the wired room itself was spacious and comfortable. Service was a mixed bag with some excellent and helpful staff but recommending a dreadful restaurant. The location was great for exploring Seville but showed signs of neglect in areas. The dining experience was not well-catered and a bit overpriced. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects for guests.
This hotel offers a fascinating mix of old and new charm in a central location with a view of the Giralda. The room quality didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel at an average of €250 per night, but the bathtub and view were lovely.
The hotel room fell short of my expectations for a 4-star stay with an average price of €250 per night. Despite its large size with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom, there were cleanliness issues that needed attention. On the plus side, the staff was kind enough to show me how to enjoy the local bread rolls with olive oil and tomatoes, adding a personal touch to the service.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and spotlessly clean, with a massive bed perfect for a great night's sleep. The small terrace in my room was a delightful spot for morning coffee and relaxation. The location was amazing, right at the heart of all the main attractions, although a little TLC is needed. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff ready to assist at any time. The dining experience was extremely nice, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money experience.
